Privacy policy

We keep the details needed to fulfil an order: name, email, delivery address, and a record of what you bought. We do not sell lists.

Accounts store a hashed password, never the password itself. A field exists for a legacy customer identifier so that, later, existing INESS customers can be invited to this shop without overwriting their old record.

Payments, when Stripe is connected, are taken by Stripe. Card numbers do not sit on our servers.

You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at hello@iness.co.uk.
